Q: I can't visualize anything! What does that mean?
A: Bubbling and Grounding is a technique that relies on your Intention and your Imagination, it's true. But imagination doesn't have to only mean visual.
For instance, if I asked you to imagine a rose you might:
- picture a rose
- imagine the smell of a rose
- imagine the feel of its petals or thorns
- hear the song "The Rose" by Bette Midler playing in your head
All of these are perfectly fine ways to imagine a rose! So when you are imagining your Bubble, avoid stressing out if you don't see anything yet. Start by just telling yourself that you are in a bubble and know that that is enough. And as you continue this practice you may find your other senses getting involved as well.

The circle will begin with a candle meditation and then I will lead you through a discussion on a different topic related mental, emotional and energetic healing. We will then move through a guided meditation and some breath work together and end with a gratitude practice.
